Can I exchange or return my product?

We want every piece from WIM to feel just right. Bras can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Our exchange guidelines:

  • Items must be in perfect condition — no marks, stains, pulls, or rips.
  • Please keep proof of tracked postage, as WIM cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  • Requested items for exchange cannot be reserved. If your size is out of stock, our Client Services team will help you find the best alternative.
  • Exchanges are free, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

Finding your perfect fit online isn’t always easy, our team is here to support you with fittings, sizing, and style advice. Feel free to reach out before making an exchange.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, panties are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on the same day it’s placed by emailing us at wimlingeriethailand@gmail.com. A written confirmation must be received within two working days to confirm the cancellation and start the refund process. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted, and refunds or credits are not available.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders usually arrive within 1–4 business days after confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location - check our [shipping page] for more details.

Where are your products manufactured?

All WIM pieces are crafted in Thailand. We source premium deadstock fabrics from established lingerie brands and work with skilled ateliers that have a strong savoir-faire, ensuring every product meets our high standards for both material and finished product.
Do you ship internationally?

For now, we ship within Thailand only - but stay tuned, WIM might be coming to your country very soon!
