Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

We accept exchanges for bras if you need a different color or size. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
(3) HYGIENE POLICY
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges, or refunds on all bottom products. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards of care.
